The Development.

LUXE and their associates have a vast array of property developments underway, and many finished projects in their portfolio. All of which have been constructed privately for themselves or directly for private clients. LUXE have experience in many different types of building projects, however our main area of expertise is in residential. Our objective is to consistently deliver a professional service. LUXE have developed a strong team of experienced professionals and maintain consistent levels of work from repeat business and referrals, which illustrate the level of quality and client satisfaction. To carry out the construction of the project LUXE will provide the client with a development cost (this cost is part of the full appraisal). This development cost includes all labour and material costs, building regulation fees etc. The development capital is then released from the client or from the lender, in stage payments directly to LUXE or via the client, throughout the duration of the build. Along with the development cost LUXE will provide the client with a timescale in which they will complete the project. The style and finish of the development will be decided by the resale figures that we wish to achieve.
