How it works.

  • Initial introductory meeting/s

  • LUXE source the development site and create the proposal/s

  • Client retains LUXE

  • LUXE make offer on behalf of client and carry out appraisal

  • Client moves forward with site purchase and LUXE arranges all of the relevant contracts for project

  • Client pays LUXE 6% acquisition fee on completion (with all fees to date deducted)

  • Due to extensive contacts in the industry LUXE deals with the following at extremely competitive rates using regulated bodies;
    - Land purchase
    - Development works (carried out by LUXE directly @ cost +20%)
    - Resales
    - Introduction to mortgage brokers/providers if needed

  • Finally LUXE deduct 20% fee from clients net profit at end of project.
