This Braintree town centre development consisted of two detached one-bedroom apartments with vaulted ceilings and lower level parking along with a block of six two-bedroom apartments with balconies to front and rear. The project was finished to a high standard with solid oak floors, granite surfaced kitchens and built in entertainment systems throughout each unit with speakers in the ceilings playing radio/tv and other external devices. A full security system was also installed allowing camera view of entrance sealed off with bespoke wrought iron electric gates. Project took 12 months.
